Novapurge Purging Compound Product Grades
Novapurge NP-2500 Chemical Purging Compound
Novapurge NP-2500 Chemical Purging Compound, our regular grade, is used for purging all
thermoplastic resins processed up to 550ºF (288ºC). It can be used with all types of process equipment.
Novapurge NP-3500 Chemical Purging Compound
Novapurge NP-3500 Chemical Purging Compound is used for purging thermoplastic resins
processed above 550ºF (288ºC) and for other high-viscosity resins such as high hardness
rigid PVC's or extremely stiff polyolefins. NP-3500 is also the grade of choice for use
in extrusion blow molding systems that process heat sensitive resins like PVC.
Novapurge NP-1500 Chemical Purging Compound
Novapurge NP-1500 Chemical Purging Compound is used in some specialized cases for purging
low viscosity thermoplastic resins. It can be used with all types of process equipment.
